Privacy Policy

Privacy for a wallet-safe crypto research product.

This Privacy Policy explains how Paragon Lens collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the website, research workspace, waitlist, agent terminal, APIs, and related services.

Paragon Lens is designed to minimize sensitive data collection. We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys, and wallet signing remains inside the user wallet.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: email address, optional wallet address, messages or prompts submitted to Lens, waitlist or access requests, and any other information you choose to send through the product.

Wallet and on-chain context: if you connect or provide a wallet address, Lens may read public blockchain data such as balances, token holdings, allowances, transactions, and chain readiness. We do not receive your private keys or seed phrase.

Usage and device information: pages visited, referring pages, approximate region, browser, device type, timestamps, logs, error events, and similar service diagnostics used to operate and improve the site.

2. How we use information

To provide crypto research, token checks, market reads, waitlist access, wallet-readiness context, route previews, safety warnings, and customer support.

To secure the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, monitor reliability, measure product performance, and improve the clarity and usefulness of Lens outputs.

To communicate with users about access, updates, product changes, security notices, and relevant service information.

3. AI, market-data, and infrastructure providers

Lens may use configured model providers, market-data providers, blockchain data providers, security providers, infrastructure providers, hosting services, database services, and analytics services to process requests and operate the product.

Prompts, outputs, contract addresses, wallet addresses, technical logs, and provider responses may be processed by those services when needed to answer a request or maintain the product.

We aim to avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information to providers. Users should not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, personal identification documents, or other secrets into Lens.

4. Wallet safety and signing

Paragon Lens is non-custodial. It does not ask for or store seed phrases or private keys, and it does not silently sign transactions.

If a feature prepares a swap, DCA, rebalance, alert, or route preview, the connected wallet remains the signing interface. You are responsible for reviewing wallet prompts, token approvals, spender addresses, slippage, and transaction details before signing.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views and product usage at an aggregate level. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use cookies and stores anonymized data.

The site may also use local storage or similar browser storage for product preferences, local thread state, access gating, wallet display state, and waitlist convenience. You can clear this data through your browser settings.

6. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, operate, and improve Paragon Lens; with legal or security authorities when required; or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We do not sell private keys because we never collect them. We do not use wallet connection as permission to control funds.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including server-side secret handling and wallet-safe design. No internet service, blockchain application, or model workflow can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to connect a wallet, avoid submitting sensitive personal information, clear local browser storage, unsubscribe from non-essential communications, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

Some requests may be limited by security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or the public nature of blockchain data.

9. Children, regions, and updates

Paragon Lens is not directed to children. Users should only use the service if they are old enough to make crypto-related decisions under the laws that apply to them.

The service may be accessed internationally, and information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the policy changed.
