Terms of Use

Terms for using Paragon Lens.

These Terms explain the rules for using Paragon Lens. The product is built for research and wallet-safe decision support, not custody, hidden signing, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

Crypto is high risk. You remain responsible for every wallet connection, approval, transaction, trade, position, and compliance decision you make.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Paragon Lens, including the website, research workspace, agent terminal, APIs, waitlist, route previews, content, and related services.

By using Paragon Lens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Paragon Lens provides

Paragon Lens provides crypto research, market commentary, token intelligence, scam-check style analysis, risk framing, alerts, route-preparation context, and wallet-readiness information.

The service may use AI systems, market-data providers, blockchain data, security providers, and internal logic. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on unavailable or changing provider data.

3. No financial, legal, tax, or investment advice

Paragon Lens is an informational research product. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

No output should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, bridge, stake, lend, borrow, provide liquidity, approve a token, or sign a transaction. You are responsible for your own decisions, verification, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Wallet and transaction responsibility

Paragon Lens is non-custodial. It does not request seed phrases or private keys, and it does not silently sign transactions. Your wallet remains the signing interface.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, contract addresses, approval spenders, slippage, route path, token identity, chain, gas fees, and all wallet prompts before signing. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible.

5. User responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive volumes, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or use Paragon Lens for unlawful activity.

You should not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information into prompts, chats, waitlist forms, or support channels.

6. AI output and third-party data

AI-generated and provider-derived outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. Market data, security labels, liquidity values, and token metadata can change quickly and may be unavailable, stale, manipulated, or incomplete.

You should independently verify token contracts, liquidity, audits, ownership, taxes, holder concentration, and wallet approvals before taking action.

7. Access, availability, and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, provider integration, route, waitlist access, page, API, or part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms as the product evolves.

The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, rate limits, blockchain congestion, infrastructure issues, or other events outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Paragon Lens, including its design, code, brand elements, copy, workflows, prompts, UI, graphics, and product concepts, is owned by Paragon or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the product except as permitted by law or written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Paragon Lens is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paragon and its contributors will not be liable for lost profits, lost assets, trading losses, wallet compromise, lost data, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising from your reliance on outputs or third-party data.

10. Privacy and contact

Use of Paragon Lens is also governed by the Privacy Policy. That policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and how wallet safety is handled.

For questions about these Terms, contact Paragon through the official contact channel published on Paragon or Lens properties.
